Every Guava has a day

    Both guavas are hanging together on the same branch of the same tree. One of them is already ripe, while the other one may need more time to ripen. 

Nature is teaching us an important lesson through these guavas. 

When we see others around us achieving success while we have not, it does not mean we are unsuccessful. It simply means that the right time for us has not yet come. 

So, we must hold on, be patient, and not give up out of frustration. We might just be a few days away from reaching our ripened state. 

Remember, our time will come, too, but it requires patience and perseverance. 

Unlike the guava, which simply has to hang on to the branch to ripen, our patience will pay off only if we have put in the right amount of effort in the right direction.

PS: One may have to take appropriate action and not just patiently hold on if one’s efforts are being jeopardised by the dirty politics of the other guavas on the same branch 😂🙈

Confident effect

The Dunning-Kruger effect is as follows: "People with low skill levels draw wrong conclusions and make wrong decisions, but are unable to make mistakes because of their low skill levels".

Meaning: lack of understanding of mistakes made leads to a belief in one's own correctness and, consequently, to increased confidence in one's own decisions and in oneself, as well as to an awareness of one's own superiority.

Thus, the Dunning-Kruger effect is a psychological paradox that we all often face in life: less competent people see themselves as professionals, while more competent people tend to doubt themselves and their abilities. The lower the skill level, the higher the self-confidence.

At beginning of their research, Dunning and Kruger called Charles Darwin's famous statement:

"Ignorance breeds confidence more often than knowledge" and Bertrand Russell: "It is one of the unfortunate things of our time that those who are confident are stupid, and those who have imagination or understanding are full of doubt and indecision".

Ram & Sita

You all will be surprised when you read this story:: Ram & Sita of the Kaliyuga

This is the story as of 12th June, 2020:

A local resident noticed a aged couple (see pic) looking distressed, walking on the highway at noon on a hot summer day near Kopargaon, a small town in Maharashtra, Ahmednagar district.  

As a matter of courtesy, he asked them for food which they politely declined.  He, then offered them some money.  This offer was also refused.  Then, he inquired as to why they were walking like this at noon.  The man, then started narrating their story....

He said that they had walked almost 2200 Km. till that day and were returning to their native place Dwarka in Gujarat. 

He further said that about a year back, he had become nearly blind. The expert doctors had given up all hopes and had refused to do any surgery.  However, his mother had lots of hopes and had convinced the doctor to carry out the operation, come what may.  The doctor agreed & did the surgery.  

His mother, in the meantime, had prayed at the Shri Krishna Temple and had vowed that her son would do a *padyatra* to Tirupati Balaji and Pandharpur and back to Dwarka, if the operation becomes successful.  As the operation was successful, he was fulfilling his mother's vow.  When inquired about his wife, he said that she insisted on joining him in this mission so that she would cook food for him and look after his wellbeing.  

Both of them were talking either in Hindi or English, but Very polished!!  So , the gentleman inquired about their education. On hearing their reply, he was absolutely stunned ......

The man had completed his Doctorate in Astronomy from the Oxford University, London  and his wife also had completed her doctorate in  Psychology  from the same University in London. (There was no pride in their talk at all).  They were very close acquaintances to Dr. C. Rangarajan (ex RBI Governer) and also the Late Kalpana Chawla, astronaut who died in an unfortunate accident during the Space Mission.  This couple were donating their monthly pension to a NGO for the blind people's welfare.  (They were keeping distance from the Social Media for the time being.)

A man, just to honour his mother's vow, had become a Ram  and his wife accompanied him like Sita in this Kaliyuga..  They were walking for more than 3 months and would walk further for a month to reach their native place Dwarka.

Ego of Any person would drop dead listening to such unusual stories in real life.

The Fool

 The donkey told the tiger, "The grass is blue." 

The tiger replied, "No, the grass is green ."

The discussion became heated, and the two decided to submit the issue to arbitration, so they approached the lion. 

As they approached the lion on his throne, the donkey started screaming: ′′Your Highness, isn't it true that the grass is blue?" 

The lion replied: "If you believe it is true, the grass is blue." 

The donkey rushed forward and continued: ′′The tiger disagrees with me, contradicts me and annoys me. Please punish him."

The king then declared: ′′The tiger will be punished with 3 days of silence." 

The donkey jumped with joy and went on his way, content and repeating ′′The grass is blue, the grass is blue..." 

The tiger asked the lion, "Your Majesty, why have you punished me, after all, the grass is green?" 

The lion replied, ′′You've known and seen the grass is green."

The tiger asked, ′′So why do you punish me?" 

The lion replied, "That has nothing to do with the question of whether the grass is blue or green. The punishment is because it is degrading for a brave, intelligent creature like you to waste time arguing with a fool, and on top of that, you came and bothered me with that question just to validate something you already knew was true!"

The biggest waste of time is arguing with the fool and fanatic who doesn't care about truth or reality, but only the victory of his beliefs and illusions. Never waste time on discussions that make no sense. There are people who, for all the evidence presented to them, do not have the ability to understand. Others who are blinded by ego, hatred and resentment, and the only thing that they want is to be right even if they aren’t. 

When IGNORANCE SCREAMS, intelligence moves on.

The moral of the story is don’t argue with a fool! 😁

  At 5 his father died.

- At 16 he quit studying.

And you, with a single failure, already want to quit ?

Life will test you as many times as necessary, even when you're ready to receive everything it has for you. So don't complain and move forward! Keep believing.

There is no True or False in Mother's Love

 An Old Lady of aged about 50 started to do exercise and run around 25 km daily, What was her thought and everyone question is what is the need now. 

Everyone, comments was she wanted to feel beautiful again, Maybe suddenly realized her health is important so she wanted to regain.

Or is she preparing for some important date..?

Actual reason is Doctor told her to reduce 20 Kg, but why?

Yes her son is had an end stage kidney disease only option is transplantation. She is ready but the weight of the donor should match with the receiver so she into this mission.

No Man could make her go on diet or lose weight except her own son.

This is a true story at the age of 51, Mrs.Wang and saved her son life.

Value - Half Pizza

Small story, a family of 4 (Dad, Mom, Son & Daughter) are planning to order a large pizza for the celebration on behalf of festival. Which could cost around 1500rs.

Mom interrupted and order a medium one which is around 800rs, and the balance is given as a bonus to the Maid. Everyone are depressed on the decision. Medium pizza was delivered and family enjoyed and now maid left.

On maid returning after a day off for the work, seems happy and Dad of the family was enquiring about the celebrations. Maid was so happy and thank full for the surprise Bonus lend by Mom. 

Maid started explaining the expenses made through that Bonus,

Maid has 2 daughter one was married so she took dress for younger one which costs 150rs. 

Travel to the in-law place on the expenses of 150rs up and down.

Balance she got nice shoe for the son-in-law cost around 100rs

Remaining she got fruits, sweets and savories for 150rs. 

Balance 150rs she gave to the elder daughter as festival gift.

They spent whole day happily in law house and returned with joy back to home, finishing the story she returned to the work in kitchen.

Dad was puzzled and understood that Half pizza (700Rs) scarifies had made a whole family happy.

For few its seems to be a joy of 5 to 10 mins whereas for few its the lifetime happiness. 

The value is not same for everyone.
